We normally use 1st Class Royal Mail to get your order to you as soon as possible. All orders are dispatched within 1-2 working days. Cut off time for same working day postage is 12pm. If you need something sending via Special Delivery please contact us to get prices.Sometimes for bulk orders we may use a courier service. If we do, we will let you know.
ORDERS FROM OUTSIDE THE UK
We are more than happy to ship orders around the world. Please select your country in the shopping basket for a shipping quote. Delivery usually takes up to 7 working days in most instances.

Occasionally, for reasons we cannot begin to comprehend, our trusty postal service can take longer than we would expect to wait. If you have not received your order within 4 working days (UK) or 7 working days (rest of the world), then please contact us and we will do our very best to track it down and get it to you as quickly as we can . Although we are super helpful people, we regret that we cannot be held responsible for any financial or emotional trauma due to the late arrival of your order…irrespective of the amount of footstamping!

Should we be frightfully embarrassed to discover that the item you have ordered is out of stock, we will email you to let you know the situation and advise you of an estimated delivery date with the option to amend or cancel your order. Normally everything is in stock in bulk and there should be no issue.
Having bought something from Staysput, we think it’s highly unlikely you would want to return anything, but just in case you do, please email us within 21 days of purchase at firstname.lastname@example.org where we will provide you with a returns number and address.
We think it would be a really good idea that you return your item(s) by Recorded Delivery as a post office receipt is not proof of posting and cannot be tracked. Although it sounds obvious, we’re just letting you know that all items must be returned unopened and in their original packaging and condition. Staysput is not responsible for the return postage costs unless the product(s) are faulty, in which case the postage costs will be refunded to you.
